Nice set (4) of steel wheels.We have had these on our 51 Merc (for the last 40 year's).We are selling them because we went to a different style wheel.One wheel has a little road rash on the outer lip (see pic) another wheel has a small dent on the lip ,on the inside.Wheels were dipped sand blasted and metal conditioned.We painted them with urethane primer,so they are ready to paint your color.We can ship two in a box X two boxes.Double the shipping cost because there will be two boxes ,not one.Or if you like we can send you an invoice.

Johnson Controls has developed a new instrument cluster concept that displays its information through a 3D interface. The Multilayer Instrument Cluster concept, initially intended for use in full- and mid-size luxury cars, is designed to improve the safety of the driver and the overall efficiency of the vehicle. The Car Design News - GM Interactive Design Competition was open to design students across the USA and Canada. This was an open, online competition, which was held in the spirit of the web, where data and information are shared and exchanged with ease, and where people could come together to collaborate.  In this spirit, the judges were looking to see the contribution the entrants made within the wider online community and how they helped their competition peers. We advised students to engage in dialogue with those who commented on their work, and where they made changes to their design based on feedback they received to illustrate how and why this is so.

Fisker Karma hybrids burn during superstorm Sandy

Fisker Automotive Inc. is looking into a report that 16 of its Karma plug-in hybrids caught fire at a New Jersey port after being submerged in seawater during Hurricane Sandy. "There were no injuries, and none of the cars were being charged at the time," the company said in a statement.
