Corvette Radiator Cap, 1973-82 on 2040-parts.com

Golden, Colorado, United States

Here's a used original AC RC-33, 15-lb, radiator cap as originally installed on 1973-82 Corvettes.  This one is untouched except for cleaning with soap and water, so you're looking at the factory original plating and it's in very good condition!

The upper surface has some minor scratches from prior use/handling. And, while it DID hold pressure when tested, I'd use it only for show.  Parts of this age that've sat exposed to air for an indeterminate period simply shouldn't be trusted for routine driving use....

Shipping calculator presumes USPS 1st Class Mail service.  Buyer to pay $1 handling fee plus freight at cost (you can define a different method of shipment).  Sale to complete within 10-days of auction close.

But the cars we’ve seen so far – even the Volcano Orange MP4-12C from Goodwood – were prototypes; McLaren’s running test beds for tweaking and refining the MP4-12C before the first cars reach customers this year.
