This auction is for a good used original heater assembly including the control panel out of a 1969 Charger. This unit fits from 1966 -70 Mopar B body cars. It was removed from a very clean survivor car, the heater core does not leak, blower works as does the control panel & resistor. Case is in good condition, no rust, doors work. Lotus V8: the new engine plan in full
Thu, 23 Jun 2011Lotus has confirmed details for its new inhouse V8 engine family, which will make its first road car appearance in the 2013 Esprit. Responding to feedback which said the 'New Era' plan to launch five new models was weakened by its reliance on Toyota engines, the new management team decided last Christmas to design and develop its own engine. 'The feedback from customers was "how can you justify a £100,000 car with a Toyota engine?",' said chief executive Dany Bahar.

Chevrolet six-month global sales highest in a century
Thu, 21 Jul 2011Chevrolet saw 2.35 million global sales in the first six months of 2011--its best first-half mark in 100 years. The automaker credits the success of new small-car models for much of the growth, namely the Cruze compact, the Spark minicar, the Aveo/Sonic small car and the Orlando MPV. Chevrolet sales increased 14 percent in the United States from the same half-year period in 2010, with 286,499 more units sold.
